1. 7-Day Return Policy
– Return window: 7 days from delivery date
– Eligibility requirements:
• Unused items in original packaging
• Plants show no signs of mishandling
• Proof of purchase provided
• Return authorization obtained

2. Refund Process
– Approved refunds processed within 5-7 working days
– Credited to original payment method
– Exclusions:
• Original shipping costs (unless defective)
• Custom plant arrangements
• Clearance/discounted items

3. Return Steps
1. Email returns@fernso.com with:
– Order number
– Reason for return
– Photos (for damaged items)
2. We’ll send:
– Return instructions
– Authorization code
– Nursery address
3. Ship items with authorization code
4. We inspect upon receipt (2-3 business days)

4. Non-Returnable Items
– Perishable goods (cut flowers, soil)
– Custom/personalized arrangements
– Final sale items
– Plants damaged due to customer neglect

5. Damaged/Defective Items
– Report within 48 hours of delivery
– Include photos of:
• Packaging damage
• Plant condition
• Shipping label
– We cover return shipping for defective items

6. Exchanges
– Currently offer refunds only
– Place new order for replacement
